• Prepaid Orders: Completely free shipping with zero handling charges.
• COD Orders: Free shipping is included on all cash on delivery orders.

Transit Time
Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We take every step to minimize any delays during holiday periods.

Change of Delivery Address
We can update your delivery address at any time before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if a change is required.

Items Out of Stock
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item and dispatch the remaining products without delay.

Parcel Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, we will process a replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

Parcel Lost in Transit
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will process a full refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and officially deems the parcel lost.
